The text file contains five columns, delimited by a tab
The columns refer to the different dimensions of the database

Column 2: industry (1 to 56)
Column 3: year (1979 to 2003)
Column 4: variable (1 to 6)
Column 5: data value
If no data value is shown, data for that year, country, industry and variable is not available
